In her leadership position, she developed deep experience in securities regulation, company governance and regulatory issues, along with litigation and threat management. Prior to becoming a member of the OSC, she practiced commercial litigation with a big Toronto firm. Bill heads the group answerable for delivering alpha via energetic security number of public fairness investments driven by bottom-up basic research. His previous responsibilities include managing the staff that focuses on global public equity investments in the Industrial, Energy and Materials sectors.
